Let me get your contact info....

That is what I have been told since 10/7 regarding a lost withdrawal from my bank on 9/21. My hands are completely tied. Everytime I call I have to give the entire story over again and everytime, the only reply I get is "let me get your contact information and we'll call you back" Oh will you?!?!? Because I'm the only one doing the contacting these days. They have my money and my contact information! How 'bout they just send that money to where I can be contacted!

So being the diligent little person that I am...I call back again this evening. Automated system, press 2...wait what is this...some options may have changed. Option 2 now is lost or stolen cards. Try to call back, this time I listen to the full message about how sorry they are that the hurricane has limited their ability to serve. Then finally the list of options..1..2 for member services. Press 2....lost or stolen dept which has been outsourced to a 3rd party that can't help connect me to anything. Or the lines crossed!

I proceed to call back 10X. Option 1...nope. Option 2...well we already did that. Option 3...nope. You get the point. Mind you, I have to listen to the same crap over and over about how they are sorry the hurricane blah blah blah.

Rita is their crutch. What about my money? Can't you answer the phone? Why all the sudden the options have up and changed? This is killing me. This is cyberspace looting my friends...and they have my money.
