Fingers Crossed

Well, I finally found a house. It looks like I will close toward the end of this month. I'm very excited, but scared at the same time. The most scary thing is that while I was in Ohio, I resigned a 7mt lease and now I have to find someone to take that over or I will be paying for my apt too. So let's hope that Craig's list will help me out. First scheduled event for the new place is New Year's.
