Hooked on Politics worked for me...

Ok, so I'm a little disturbed at what is going on in the ATX in the political realm. Seems we are bombarded by weird, eye catching candidates. What is going on? I feel like there is this new initiative in politics to make it catchy and fun to watch. I myself have fallen prey to their tactics. I know more about Leslie Cochran and kinkajou stand on things than our own President. While I think these people won't get elected because us hooked on politics programmers don't get out and vote, is it time for me to get serious about the issues. Am I the only one that kind of feels like what does it matter? I know, I know, I watch enough MOTIF to know that your vote counts...Bale, bale, bale. But, I will never admit how many times I've actually voted for shame, but I don't see that it matters either way. Everyone else seems to be doing a pretty good job of making the decisions.
